WHAT IS LADIES ONLY KICKBOXING?
This kickboxing/Self Defence class is a fantastic workout for women and focuses on technique, strength conditioning and cardiovascular health. Ladies’ Only kickboxing creates a fun and comfortable environment where you can work out, release tension and also learn practical self-defence skills that allow you to stay in control and react effectively in potentially harmful circumstances. Ladies’ only kickboxing is a great way to get in shape, have fun, build-confidence and bring balance to your life! These classes are for Beginner or new students to Muay Thai Kickboxing & practical Self Defence.
